Kathy Hilton’s top-secret nude photos may have played a role in conceiving daughter Paris Hilton.“They are from Miami, but they’re very tasteful. No front on. It’s just there was a mirror on the ceiling,” the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, 65, exclusively told Us Weekly at DIRECTV’s Christmas at Kathy’s event at her Los Angeles home on Tuesday, December 10. “I may have gotten pregnant with Paris that night.”
Kathy and husband Rick Hilton tied the knot in 1979. Two years later, the couple became parents with the arrival of Paris, now 43. Kathy and Rick, 69, expanded their family in 1983 when they welcomed daughter Nicky Hilton. The pair also share sons Barron Hilton, 35, and Conrad Hilton, 30.
Kathy shared that the images are currently locked in a “vault in Century City” alongside some of her other valuable items. No one else — even her daughters — knew they existed until now. While neither Paris nor Nicky, 41, knew about their mom’s nudes, Kathy joked that she doesn’t think her daughters would be impressed.

“If you saw them, you’d be like, ‘That is nothing,’” she theorized, imagining what they would say.
Kathy added that the decision to take photos was a spur-of-the-moment whim. Despite the photos being tame, she ultimately decided to lock them in the vault since she is a “very private” person.
On a recent episode of RHOBH, Kathy confessed that she had risqué photos of herself tucked away in a bank vault. The subject came up after Kathy’s sister Kyle Richards asked whether she ever sent dirty photos and text messages to her husband.

“We have a couple in the safe in the bank,” Kathy said on the show, sharing that she’s never sent any nudes via text message.
Kathy teased that the “sexy” photos were taken in a hotel room that had one of “those beds with the big mirror.” Richards, 55, was flabbergasted by her sister’s response and was more surprised that the racy pics were locked away.
“Who puts their nude photos in a vault at the bank?” Richards said in a confessional. “I’m just picturing Kathy naked with, like, fuzzy socks and a hat on.”
Both Kathy and Rick have given glimpses of their relationship over the years. Earlier this month, the duo achieved a major milestone by celebrating their 45th wedding anniversary. Rick took to social media to share a loving tribute in honor of his wife.
“I had a lovely time celebrating our anniversary, which was even more exciting because my angel came down from heaven!” he captioned a photo of Kathy standing next to a Christmas tree.
