Vanderpump Rules star James Kennedy was arrested for misdemeanor domestic violence. The Bravo personality was taken into custody on Tuesday, December 10, after police in Burbank, California, received a call about a man and a woman arguing at a home in the area. Police confirmed to Us Weekly that the situation was deemed a “domestic incident.” Kennedy posted bail following his arrest, and charges are still pending. He and his girlfriend, Ally Lewber, attended Kathy Hilton’s annual Christmas party on the night of his arrest, but it has not been confirmed whether Lewber was the woman involved in the alleged incident. Earlier this year, Lewber addressed rumors that Kennedy was physically abusive, insisting during a February podcast appearance that Kennedy had a history of “anger issues” but was “never” physical with her.
