‘Players rushed to check he’s OK. Medical staff are now with him. After five or so minutes he got to his feet with an ice pack on his right cheek/jaw. Scary stuff.’

Jasprit Bumrah Picks Two Early Wickets, Travis Head Reaches Half-Century
On Day 2 of the third Test between India and Australia at the Gabba, Jasprit Bumrah took two crucial wickets, dismissing Usman Khawaja and Nathan McSweeney. Play resumed after rain had interrupted Day 1, with only 13.2 overs bowled. Bumrah struck early, as Khawaja edged one behind to Rishabh Pant.
