Saudi Arabia stocks higher at close of trade; Tadawul All Share up 0.31% By Investing.com



Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Monday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher.

At the close in Saudi Arabia, the added 0.31%.

The best performers of the session on the were Saudi Industrial Development Co. (TADAWUL:), which rose 4.27% or 1.15 points to trade at 28.10 at the close. Meanwhile, Riyadh Cables Group Company CJSC (TADAWUL:) added 4.14% or 6.00 points to end at 151.00 and Dr Soliman Abdel Kader Fakeeh (TADAWUL:) was up 4.12% or 2.80 points to 70.80 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Saudi Chemical Company (TADAWUL:), which fell 3.59% or 0.37 points to trade at 9.93 at the close. Astra Industrial Group (TADAWUL:) declined 3.11% or 6.00 points to end at 187.00 and National Medical Care Company (TADAWUL:) was down 3.11% or 5.40 points to 168.00.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 197 to 111 and 26 ended unchanged.

Shares in Riyadh Cables Group Company CJSC (TADAWUL:) rose to all time highs; up 4.14% or 6.00 to 151.00.

Crude oil for January delivery was down 1.47% or 1.05 to $70.24 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in February fell 0.70% or 0.52 to hit $73.97 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract rose 0.13% or 3.50 to trade at $2,679.30 a troy ounce.

EUR/SAR was down 0.14% to 3.94, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.02% to 3.76.

The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.03% at 106.65.
