Every so often, while wasting time on social media, I’ll spot the same viral piece of furniture I’ve been coveting for years: the Drew Chair from Drew Barrymore’s Beautiful line. With a nearly 5-star rating and thousands of reviews on Walmart’s site, it’s constantly selling out — and, of course, I’m always too late to score one for myself. That’s why I’m rushing to buy this chair now, while it’s $100 off as part of Walmart’s Black Friday sale. Between its popularity and the great price, I know it will be gone within a matter of minutes.
What I love most about this particular pick is that it looks way more expensive than its price tag. It’s well cushioned, has a sleek, rounded shape, and the fabric is soft, sturdy and stain-treated (perfect for a frequent spiller like me). I’ve actually reached out to touch the display at my local Walmart (more than once, TBH) and was truly impressed by how luxe and high-end it felt.

At the same time, the chair is also practical. The seating area is pretty large, and the swivel base turns a full 360 degrees, allowing you to easily move around and grab things without getting up. While it’s plush, it’s also supportive, and the addition of three (three!) throw pillows will ensure your back isn’t aching after sitting around for a few hours.
Thankfully, the Drew Chair is more than just good looks — according to reviews, it really lives up to the hype (which explains why people are always rushing to buy it).
“I have been eyeing up the Pottery Barn round swivel chair for two years, but the price is ridiculous,” one person said, referencing a much pricier lookalike. “This Walmart chair is amazing. I recently visited the Pottery Barn store in KOP and sat in their chair to compare. Honestly, this Walmart chair is more comfortable. Very happy with our purchase.”
