Diddy Looks ‘Noticeably Thinner’ And ‘Grayer’
On Wednesday, Diddy appeared in court for a hearing in his federal sex trafficking case. Law & Crime reporter Elizabeth Milner, who was present at the hearing, shared details about the rapper’s appearance.
Milner disclosed that Diddy “appeared astonishingly thinner,” which was to be expected given that he had been in a federal prison for a couple of months.
She reported, “A lot different from the luxury lifestyle that he was living before, but [he] appeared very noticeably thinner, and maybe being locked up in detention is starting to weigh on him.”

Prison Conditions At The Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn
The Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC), where Diddy is being held ahead of his trial, has housed famous names like R&B singer R. Kelly, sex trafficker Ghislane Maxwell, and fraudster Billy McFarland.
According to The Independent, the detention center is notorious for deadly stabbings, barbaric living conditions, and maggot-infested food. MDC also suffers from violence, persistent understaffing, unsanitary conditions, and poor medical care.
Meanwhile, Diddy’s lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, provided some insight into his difficulties, noting that he had struggled to adjust to the food. According to People, Agnifilo told reporters, “I think the food’s probably the roughest part of it.”
Diddy reportedly eats cereal, fruit, and a breakfast cake at 6 a.m. He also gets lunch at 11 a.m., which includes main courses like hamburgers, baked fish, or beef tacos. On weekends, scrambled eggs and biscuits are available.
Meanwhile, dinner consisting of chicken fajitas, pasta, and roast beef is served after a headcount at 4 p.m. Inmates also get heart-healthy and vegetarian dinner options like tofu, lentils, and baked beans.

Diddy’s Legal Troubles
Federal prosecutors accused Diddy of organizing “freak offs,” described in the indictment as highly-orchestrated sex performances. He was also accused of coercing or forcing women to participate in sexual acts with male sex workers. However, he pleaded not guilty to all the charges, with his lawyers repeatedly maintaining his innocence.
Since his arrest and detention, Diddy has been denied bail thrice. The judges were unwilling to free him before his trial because they feared he could tamper with witnesses, meaning he could not be trusted if he regained his freedom. The Bad Boy Records founder’s trial is scheduled to begin on May 5, 2025.
