Mauricio Umansky Seen With Blonde Woman In Colorado

Mauricio Umansky, the soon-to-be former husband of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Kyle Richards, was seen kissing a blonde woman in Aspen, Colorado on Tuesday night.

Umansky and Richards own a vacation home in Aspen, but the 54-year-old realtor was seen leaving a local sushi restaurant while cuddled up to a young blonde. Umansky and the “RHOBH” star separated back in 2023 but have yet to divorce.

The young woman is reportedly an Instagram model.

Rumors about Mauricio Umansky cheating on his wife have been a storyline on “RHOBH” since the show debuted in 2010 on Bravo. According to PEOPLE, the couple married in 1996 and have four daughters. Richards admitted that the couple separated after she lost her trust following an unknown incident and couldn’t get it back.

The couple announced their separation in July of 2023, though Umansky did not move out of their shared Encino home until May of 2024. Richards and Umansky admitted that they had had a tough year as a couple.

“Any claims regarding divorcing are untrue,” the couple told PEOPLE. “However, yes, we have had a rough year. The most challenging one of our marriage.”

Amid the fallout from the couple’s separation announcement, Umansky appeared on “Dancing with the Stars,” and his wife was on hand to watch him compete. However, she was displeased when a picture of the real estate mogul holding hands with his dancing partner, Emma Slater, went viral after the duo dined at a restaurant in Los Angeles.

Umansky later claimed that he and Slater were not dating and accused the paparazzi of creating a “blown-out moment,” according to Page Six.

“When we came out of dinner, we were recapping and I reached out to grab Emma’s hand, and she grabbed my hand, and we, you know, walked to the cars just recapping and summarizing and then the paparazzi caught that moment. It’s become a blown-out moment.”

According to TMZ, Umansky and the Instagram model, called Klaudia K were seen together earlier in the day shopping in Aspen. The couple were reportedly visiting Kebo Sabe, a high-end country-western store in the snowy city.

However, Umansky was also recently linked to model Nikita Kahn. Last summer, the duo was seen getting romantic on the beaches in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

The two were also seen canoodling in Greece. However, Umansky has seemed to move on to another young blonde to canoodle with, judging from the Aspen pics.

Umansky is the founder and CEO of the real estate brokerage The Agency, and the company was featured on the Netflix reality show “Buying Beverly Hills.”

The show featured the CEO and his daughters, Farrah Aldjufrie and Alexias Umansky, as they sold luxury real estate in Los Angeles. Richards appeared on the show and gave some insight into the couple’s separation.

“It’s hard as a parent trying to find the balance with being honest with you guys and not oversharing,” she said. “Some stuff’s private between [Mauricio and I]. It just is. So I’m sorry if you feel like I haven’t shared enough, but that’s why.”

The Agency is now an international real estate company. However, “Buying Beverly Hills” only aired for two seasons before being canceled by Netflix in August. 

As The Blast previously reported, Umansky upset Richards when he replaced a picture of the couple in his home office with a picture of himself and his “Dancing with the Stars” partner, Emma Slater.

Richards’ castmate, Sutton Stracke, revealed Kyle’s displeasure about the photo swap during an episode of “RHOBH” in season 14.

“I mean, at that point, for me, I’m like, ‘Bye, Mauricio.’ But I don’t think Kyle did that,” said Stracke. “I just think she was hurt and kind of hopeful. Hurt and hopeful.”

Stracke also urged her “RHOBH” co-star to file for divorce from the real estate mogul sooner rather than later.
