From pubhouse classics like chili cheese fries and beer-battered onion rings, Ghostfish also teases pork belly bites, an orange chipotle pork taco, and a blackened salmon BLT on their extensive menu.

They also feature a monthly special burger or sandwich to keep hungry customers coming through the door. In November, they had a ground turkey burger with arugula and a cranberry aioli. In December, they had their own version of a McRib that they called a McPiggy Pork Sandwich – a 5 oz grilled boneless pork loin chop topped with BBQ sauce, white onions, and spicy pickles.

For those who are vegetarian, customers can substitute a meat patty for an Impossible meat patty for no additional charge.

Who doesn’t want to end the day with some ice cream? Frankie & Jo’s provides everyone with gluten-free ice cream in a variety of fun flavors. In addition to seasonal flavors like Cookie Milk and Chocolate Raspberry Swirl, they also feature a staple of regular flavors like Chocolate Tahini Supercookie and Jamocha Chaga Fudge.

Dude’s Donuts is open on Friday and Sunday from 8 AM – 2 PM and Saturday from 8 AM – 3 PM, but you can also place an order that can be picked up at various locations around Washington, like the Soulberry Coffee House in Tacoma or the Pegasus Coffee Bar in downtown Seattle.
